Be the face of Zarla on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
Location: Remote, United States. Full-time. 90-day contract to start, renewable. Paid in USD.
Zarla is the AI website builder for small businesses: describe your business in a sentence and a complete website appears, built to get found on Google and recommended by ChatGPT. Millions of small-business owners still don't have a site that works. We want someone they'll trust to show them how.
The job
You host and make Zarla's short-form and long-form content: product in action ("I built a plumber's website in four minutes"), how-to-get-found education, real customer stories, and build-offs against the big names. You shoot, edit and post, answer comments, and read the numbers. Target rhythm after the first month: 4 to 6 shorts a week and 2 YouTube videos a month.
You'll be great at this if you:
- Are proven on camera. Send us 5 videos you hosted, with numbers.
- Shoot and edit your own work (phone and good light are fine; CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci).
- Speak natural, fluent English that a US small-business owner finds credible.
- Know hooks and retention cold, and use AI tools without sounding like one.
- Show up every day and like being coached from analytics.
Nice to have: an existing audience in business, marketing or side-hustle content; you've run or worked in a small business; interview or podcast hosting.
How it works
Remote. Full-time, 90-day contract to start, renewable. Flat monthly fee in USD (tell us your expected rate). Equipment stipend on start. You'll be named as the host of Zarla's channels, which stay Zarla's. Hiring is by a paid work sample: three shorts from footage we send, one talking-head short to camera, and a 3-minute segment of a longer video.
